Inclusive Rides

Greenbank Sports Academy, Greenbank Lane, Liverpool L17 1AG

The Inclusive Rides begin with 30-45 minutes trying out the cycles in the sports hall at Greenbank Sports Academy. This is so that riders can get used to the cycles and practise steering, braking and changing gear.

The ride will then move out to traffic free paths in Sefton Park.

On leaving Greenbank Sports Academy riders can choose to walk their cycle along the pavement to Sefton Park or cycle along the road to the Park accompanied by a ride leader.

Different riders will be able to manage different lengths of ride. Each person’s energy levels and physical capabilities will vary from one day to the next.

Ride length will therefore be flexible. The ride will include a series of short loops starting and finishing at the café.  Riders can choose how many loops to do depending on how they get on during the ride.

Riders can rest at the café seating area when not joining a loop.
